It's useful base for visiting some must see attractions in Brixham. This property is in a marvellous and particularly good location, next to the beach, Brixham and a pub...
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

Great location near peaceful surroundings, with some nice views. Enjoyed the swimming pool and its facilities.
Neighbours were rude, which made us feel unwelcome. The owner gave us a list of rules on the day of our arrival, which dampened our holiday spirit.

I loved staying at Sea Wagon Caravan, especially the delightful surprise of a muddy deck and the joy of getting the wrong code to enter.
Neighbours were a real treat, barking dogs at all hours. The "no noise after 8pm" rule clearly doesn't apply to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Wagon Caravan. The location was peaceful and the swimming pool was great. The views from the caravan were also really nice. Despite a few minor issues with mud on the deck and a wrong code for entry, the kind assistance from a lady helped us resolve these quickly. I would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

The living room is perfect for lounging after a long day of exploring, and the flat-screen TV is an added bonus. I personally found the size of the fridge in the equipped kitchen to be a bit small. However, I understand that this might not bother everyone and it's just my personal opinion.
